Pamela is journalist and corporate communicator with specialisations in marketing and social responsibility. With 15 years experience, she has led the front on various aspects of the industry. As an oriented results professional, she has experience in processes of change management, 360º strategic planning and implementation of comms governance defining comprehensive KPIs for all levels.
As COO, Pamela supports operational management and lead LIPR´s growth process with a focus on strategic planning, convergence and enhancement of our purpose and results.  In her spare time, she likes to read, write, travel and dedicate time as volunteer in social projects.
