Carolina is in charge of creating and coordinating the PR and communication actions related to diversity, equity and inclusion and the environment of our clients in the private sector and of supporting the NGOs and humanitarian and environmental organizations with which we collaborate.
As a feminist and activist for the sexual and reproductive rights of girls and women and, in general, for human and environmental rights, Carolina constantly specializes in everything that has to do with communication with a gender perspective, Diversity, Equity and inclusion (DEI) in communications, green marketing, journalism and human rights, non-sexist advertising and other areas where communication can be used as a tool for positive and real change, both inside and outside the organizations and in the communities to which they are they belong.
Carolina is the creator of the Comprehensive Sex Education podcast “EmpoderHadas”, of the non-sexist communication initiative “La Informada”, of the website “Berlín en Español” and other communication and visibility platforms. She has also been a reporter on sociocultural issues in different media in the region, press manager and communications consultant in the private sector and winner of international scholarships related to communications.
Carolina loves to sing, write, read educational threads on Twitter, take all kinds of online courses, watch feminist memes, and discuss politics.
