The challenge

Develop PR strategies for a crypto ecosystem in Argentina and Brazil, with all the buzz around the issue with cryptocurrencies and the lack of real payment options over just 45 days.

Plan action

The campaign was based on the strengths of the brand, being awarded “The best Payment Provider of the Year” by AIBC Awards, and the payment opportunities that crypto offered for new markets with a tailored narrative Latin America’s ‘Crypto-multiplier’ moment – the socio-economic impact of such alternative currencies in the region. LatAm Intersect PR strategically identified the media with interest and knowledge to get earned publications.

Achievements

During this period, a dozen articles were published across the countries in the main technology and business media outlets with specialized audiences, and important Tier 1 media like Estadão – one of the most important newspapers in Brazil and  iProUP in Argentina, among others, reaching more than 8 million readers.
